Broker’s Settlement Services is a licensed title agent for Commonwealth Land Title, Stewart Title and United General Title Insurance Company.

About Our Leadership

William F. Gruber, President

Bill is responsible for all business development initiatives of Broker’s Settlement Services, including sales, marketing and client relations. Bill also plays a significant role in Broker’s Settlement Services’ corporate development activities and strategic relationships. This includes Broker’s joint-ventures, affiliated business relationships and key, strategic client partnerships initiatives. As a principal of the company, Bill is a member of the senior management team. Bill began his career in sales, working as a regional representative for T.A. Title Insurance Company. He later served as the founder/director of Advantage Equity Services and the Senior Vice President of Business Development for National Real Estate Information Services before joining Broker’s Settlement Services.

Charles T. Reiff, Founder/Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Chuck’s responsibilities lie in all areas of title operations, which include title insurance, property report production and the settlement and closing management division. He also serves as a director of strategic development, creating product structures and conducting risk and profitability analyses for client services. Chuck is responsible for the title, legal and compliance matters that affect Broker’s Settlement Services operations. As a principal of the company, Chuck is a member of the senior management team.

Chuck has more than 20 years of experience in the title and mortgage information industry. He began his career as an abstractor for General American Credits (GAC) and moved on to Lender’s Services, Inc., where he was instrumental in coordinating the company’s growth and expansion. He later served as Senior Vice President of Titles for National Real Estate Information Services before moving on to found Advantage Equity Services. Chuck also serves as a Board Member of TAVMA (Title and Appraisal Vendor Management Association).
